Welding Electrodes

Stainless Steel Electrodes

We are offering our customers a comprehensive range of Stainless Steel Welding Electrodes.

Welding Stainless steel to mild steel, chrome steel and clad steels. Also suitable for dissimilar, difficult to weld steels, ferrite steels etc. A special application is surfacing non-alloy and low alloy (high temperature resistant) steels where  alloy is obtained in the first pass.

Mild Steel Electrodes

General purpose electrode ideally suited for welding low carbon, mild, structural steels. The electrodes operates well in all positions including vertical down and operates on AC as well as DC. The electrode produces pleasing operating characteristics & weld metal of constant quality. The electrode produces minimum spatter & has good striking & restriking characteristics. Some of typical application include welding of mild steels like IS:2062 for structures ,autobodies ,furniture, tanks, frames, pipes, etc

Low Hydrogen Electrodes

A heavy coated low hydrogen, iron powder type electrode specially suitd for producing tough & ductile welds of radiographic quality in boilers, pressure vessels & heavy structures subjected to dynamic loading. The electrodes have a heavy metal recovery of 115%.some typical applications include heavy structures subjected to dynamic loading & impact, highly restrained joints, coaches, wagons, penstocks, boilers, pressure vessels, earthmoving machines etc.

Filler Wires

Filler wires are coated steel & stainless steel wires for GTAW,available in bright finish, gives smooth flow, stable arc &spatter free under optimum welding conditions. It gives Radiographic Quality welds. It is suitable for root run of mild Steel & stainless steel pipes.

MIG Wires

Gas metal arc welding (GMAW), sometimes referred to by its subtypes metal inert gas (MIG) welding or metal active gas (MAG) welding, is a welding process in which an electric arc forms between a consumable wire electrode and the workpiece metal(s), which heats the workpiece metal(s), causing them to melt and join. Along with the wire electrode, a shielding gas feeds through the welding gun, which shields the process from contaminants in the air. The process can be semi-automatic or automatic. There are four primary methods of metal transfer in GMAW, called globular, short-circuiting, spray, and pulsed-spray, each of which has distinct properties and corresponding advantages and limitations.
